What to write about

  • Bug reports. Tell us what you pasted, what you clicked, and what came out. If the tool mangled your text, the exact input matters — it usually points straight at the edge case.
  • Feature requests. A missing case format is the most common request we get. If there is a convention you work with that we do not support, say so and it will probably end up in the tool.
  • Privacy or data requests. We keep almost nothing, but if you want to know exactly what we hold, or you want something removed, our privacy policy sets out the details and the addresses to use.
  • Advertising or partnerships. We are open to hearing from advertisers, but we keep the site clean: no pop-ups, no interstitials, and nothing that gets in the way of using the case converter. Advertising never touches the text you convert.

How quickly we reply

We aim to reply to every message within two working days, and usually much sooner. If a report describes a genuine bug, we will try to reproduce it and fix it. The frequently asked questions cover the most common issues first, so it is worth checking there in case your question is already answered.
